Event Description:
This project has been an ongoing initiative for the past 40 years. Over this time, we have successfully delivered art supplies and lessons to countless children, nurturing their artistic talents.
What we'll be doing:
Art in Action are organising a volunteer appreciation event where they will provide some treats for everyone, and the art activity will be the 4th-grade Thiebaud lesson. Volunteers can either draw their favorite holiday dessert/foods or anything else they enjoy throughout the year.
We would like to propose an optional potluck, where One Brick volunteers could bring a favorite holiday dish to share.
What you should know:
The meeting place is at the Art in Action main office location: 1755 East Bayshore Rd, Suite 24A/B, in the lower studio. Open parking is available for your convenience.
We recommend wearing clothing that you do not mind getting a little dirty, as some materials may be dusty. The only requirement is to wear closed-toed shoes for safety reasons.
