Brian Gee - Founder, Board Advisor & CLO! Brian is a founder and board member of One Brick. His background is in software, high tech, and consulting. Brian has had a number of management roles in software companies, was a consultant at McKinsey & Company, and bounced around a number of startups in Silicon Valley during the dot-com boom. Brian holds both an MBA and a MA in International Affairs from Columbia University and a BS in Physics from Harvey Mudd College. |

Dave Shefferman - Founder Dave is a founding member of the One Brick Board of Directors. Dave's background is in product management, business strategy and consulting. Dave is a technology evangelist who has leveraged technology to increase business efficiencies at AT&T/NCR, InformationWeek, E-LOAN and CafePress. In 2006, Dave received the prestigious "Jefferson Awards for Public Service" from the American Institute for Public Service. Dave holds a BA in Marketing from Hofstra University. |

Clive Charlwood - Board Advisor, Website Guru Clive's background is in technology development and business management. He started volunteering with One Brick in 2004 and served as Executive Director from 2005 through 2015. Prior to joining One Brick, Clive worked in a number of senior management positions at Synopsys Inc. His most recent position was Senior Director, Marketing and Business Development. Prior to this, he served as Senior Director, Research and Development. Clive holds a BSC in Computer Science, Operational Research and Statistics from the University of Kent at Canterbury, UK. |

Graham Porell - Board Secretary, Former CD Boston, Partnerships & Social Development
Graham was a founding member of One Brick's Boston Chapter and has been on its Executive Team since its inception in the fall of 2011, and has played numerous roles, including serving as Chapter Director from 2015 to 2018. As part of One Brick's Extended board, Graham is responsible for assisting chapters with partnerships, social events, and leveraging data in chapter operations. He works for a State Agency that assists individuals with disabilities, and specializes in research, program evaluation, and data analysis. Graham has a MS in Urban Policy Analysis and Management from The New School, a BA in Social Science from Bennington College, and served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in South Africa from 2004 to 2005. Outside of volunteering he enjoys being outdoors, traveling, running, exploring new places, golf, and following Boston sports teams.

Ledy Espinal - Former CD Washington DC, Community Engagement & Social Media Development After serving as Chapter Director for DC, Ledy has now joined the Extended board with the function of coordinating One Brick's Community Engagement & Social Media on a national level, assisting chapters to spread the word about our wonderful organisation and the events we get up to! |

Kate Martin - Executive Director, CD Silicon Valley Kate has been volunteering in the SF Bay Area since 2009 and was a founding member of both the Silicon Valley & One Brick Builds chapters. She currently holds the role of CD in Silicon Valley, as well as organising twice yearly volunteer rebuilding trips to New Orleans (pre-Covid). She joined One Brick Extended Board to coordinate One Brick's Volunteer Appreciation efforts from a national perspective and has now taken the role of Exec Director. Kate holds a BA in French, German and International Business and is currently a Regional Sales Manager in the environmental sector. Outside of volunteering Kate is a competitive Masters rower, enjoys good food, beer, hiking, travelling and following Bay Area sports teams. |

Dana Beguerie - One Brick Builds Looking for an opportunity to help with the rebuilding efforts in New Orleans, Dana joined One Brick community back in 2015. Loving her experiences in New Orleans, she has also assisted with disaster relief efforts in St. Thomas and Puerto Rico. Previously, Dana served as Associate Chapter Director for the One Brick Builds chapter and is also an Event Manager with the Boston chapter. From 2004-2005 Dana completed 1700 hours of community service during her tenure as a corps member with City Year San Antonio. Dana has a BA in sociology and theatre from Regis College and completed her MPH at UMass in September 2018 with a concentration in Global Health. She has spent the majority of her professional career working in social services for older adults. In her spare time, Dana knits, reads, writes, travels, and loves basketball. Kara Nally - Chicago Kara began volunteering with One Brick Chicago more than a decade ago to give back, meet new people, and learn more about her (then) new city. She's passionate about community building and connecting people. Kara holds a BA in Political Science from Boston University and a JD from Gonzaga University. She is a founding member of the Associate Board for the Girl Scouts of Greater Chicago & Northwest Indiana and currently serves as its Director of Communications. She coaches for Girls on the Run and is a Dog Town lead volunteer for PAWS Chicago. When not at her day job or volunteering, you can find Kara hanging out with her dog, biking, obsessing over her favorite sports teams, checking out new restaurants or curled up with a book. |

Wilhelm Yee - San Francisco
Wilhelm joined One Brick in 2005 and although he resided in the San Francisco Bay Area for most of his life through One Brick he met many new friends and was fascinated learning about local nonprofits and San Francisco parks he never knew existed. After being a regular volunteer for 12+ years he decided he wanted to do more and became an event manager eventually managing events for both the San Francisco and Silicon Valley chapters. He still enjoys just rolling up his sleeves and helping out. Wilhelm holds a BA in Environmental Design and when he's not volunteering he loves to explore new foods and new places to grab a beer. He's an avid sports fan regularly attending local baseball, football and hockey games.

Jeannette Roden - Seattle
Jeannette began volunteering with One Brick in April 2010 and assumed the chapter director role in July 2011. As an IT consultant specializing in enterprise architecture and data management, she holds multiple IT certifications including CDMP, CBIP, MCDBA, MCSD, and MCSE. Jeannette also works part-time at the Wing Luke Museum of the Asian Pacific American Experience and is well-versed in non-profit operations and management. She has attended the University of Washington, Central Washington University, Edmonds Community College, and North Seattle Community College, earning multiple degrees and certificates in computer science, information technology, and business administration. Jeannette is a third-degree black belt and TKD instructor, tournament judge and center referee.
