Event Description:

Join us for the 22nd annual Thanksgiving volunteer program! Spend the morning volunteering and still have plenty of time for your own Thanksgiving dinner. At Meals On Wheels of San Francisco the work during the holidays is not very different from the other days of the year - Meals on Wheels will deliver nutritious meals to the homes of San Francisco's homebound seniors. What WILL be different on Thanksgiving is that meals will be delivered by volunteers. For most clients, this visit and meal delivery from a volunteer will be the only way in which they celebrate the holiday season. There will be more than 400 volunteers from San Francisco.

One Brick volunteers will assist at our Bayview offices to manage the traffic of hundreds of volunteers arriving and picking up food to deliver. They need a reliable team to welcome volunteers, give them directions, and manage parking. Be part of a fun team-oriented day, as they make Thanksgiving warmer for our senior clients.
