Event Description:

The Night of Smiles Gala is the biggest fundraiser of the year for local non-profit Alliance for Smiles, an organization whose mission is to forever improve and transform the lives of children and communities impacted by cleft lip and palate by providing free comprehensive treatment, while training and equipping local teams to sustainably provide quality, long-term care.

Each year dignitaries, donors, volunteers, family and friends from around the world attend our gala to recognize volunteers & supporters who have gone above & beyond in transforming the lives of children and communities impacted by cleft conditions.

This will be the 22nd anniversary event and the fifth one held live since 2019.

About the 2026 Alliance for Smiles Gala:

Alliance for Smiles is turning 22, and we are delighted to invite you to our spectacular Night of Smiles gala from 5:00-10pm on Saturday, April 25th, 2026 at Hotel Nikko in downtown San Francisco! 

This globally themed event will give us an opportunity to recognize just a few of the supporters who make our life-changing work possible, and help raise funds to change more children’s lives. 

There will be silent and live auction items, fantastic raffle prizes, photo booths, decadent food & drink, a fantastic DJ & dancing, and so much more.

What we'll be doing:

One Brick volunteers will help unload the Gala materials from vehicle(s) and stage everything for pre-setup.

Please note that the actual event DOES NOT take place this evening but on the following day.

What you should know:

There are no COVID protocols at this time.

Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes.  Please no open-toed shoes.

Our work might be completed by 4 pm but we've added the extra time to be safe.
