Event Description:

Join us for Ujima Cafe at Humphreys Street Studios. Part social hour, part open office, we host these gatherings in collaboration with business and community members.

What we'll be doing:

Greeting with sign-in (paper and digital), Maintaining near resources on a table, setting up a 10x10 tent, communicating with Ujima staff about any needs during event, being a highly spirited attendee(integrate in event casually) be willing to be social, taking a break when needed, and helping us close up and load up vehicles + boxes at 7:30PM

What you should know:

Boston Ujima Project is a Black-led organization, and welcome people from all walks of life who are interested and willing to be in Boston using a cooperative economic approach. Volunteers will be provided a talking points document ahead of the event, same week. 

Where to Meet:

Volunteers and staff to meet on-site 11 Humphreys St #1, Dorchester, MA 02125.  Street parking available no permit required.
