Event Description:

Volunteer at the Immaculate High School Alumnae Luncheon held at South Seattle College, honoring the Class of '76! Guests will range in age from 21 to 93 years old. Social hour will be 11 am - noon and lunch is scheduled for noon - 3 pm.

What we'll be doing:

Volunteer duties will depend on greatest need but may include:

Greeter: Welcome guests at the door, direct guests to their seat after check-in, and encourage guests to visit the photo booth & silent auction.

Silent Auction: Collect auction items at the door & give to Silent Auction Lead, help set up silent auction, close tables, and help Silent Auction Lead with bagging & carrying items to guests' vehicles.

Raffle: Collect raffle items at the door & give to Raffle Lead, help set up raffle, and as a Raffle Runner verify winning tickets & give winners their raffle items.

Buffet: Assist guests with carrying plates to their table as needed, and pour coffee & tea.

What you should know:

Parking is available at South Seattle College and on neighboring streets.

Some attendees will be seniors, so your welcoming presence & patience is appreciated while helping them!
