What you should know:
Weather this time of year is generally hot so bring a hat and sunglasses and apply sunblock as needed. Wear comfortable shoes. There isn't any area to store belongings so pack lightly. Please refrain from carrying large bags and backpacks. In fact, event security might ask you to take your large bags back and store it in your vehicles.
This is a large scale festival with multiple beer, wine and ticket booths (3 each) and multiple stages. Please note that each beer or wine captain runs things differently so be flexible in that manner.
Volunteers are required to check in to their shift(s) and check out at the Information Booth. Upon checkout you will be given the option of a beer or wine ticket and glass or a lunch voucher, not both. Signing up for multiple shifts on the same day will not result in an addition of perks; you will still be given the option of a beer or wine ticket or a meal voucher, not both. Please remember to sign up for no more than 2 shifts per day.
Where to Meet:
Meeting place will likely be the Volunteer Check-in/ Information Booth at Civic Park
