Event Description:

We understand that committing to a 6-hour volunteer shift is a big ask, and we truly appreciate your time and support! Longer shifts help us keep things running smoothly while giving both volunteers and staff the chance to take breaks. Each year, volunteer tasks vary, but they generally cover a range of operational needs and fun interactive activities, including our fan-favorite egg hunts. Volunteers can select their preferred tasks on a first-come, first-serve basis.

If a 6-hour shift doesn't quite fit your schedule, no worries! We’d be grateful if you could commit to a 3-hour window between 10:30 am and 4:30 pm (such as 10:30 am – 1:30 pm or 1:30 pm – 4:30 pm). Please note that in the comments when you sign-up.

Important: A confirmation email will be sent to all registered volunteers a week before the event, including additional check-in details and an event map. Thank you for being part of our event! Your help truly makes a difference.

What we'll be doing:

In addition to RSVPing on the One Brick website you must log in and sign up for a volunteer shift on the OFFICIAL VOLUNTEER LINK.  Please sign up as an Individual and NOT AS A GROUP.

If you have signed up for the entire 6 hour shift, please RSVP on both One Brick shifts.

One Brick volunteers will be helping out as follows based on the event's needs: (will be updated once we have this information for 2025)

  • Accessible Parking - Helping to direct and escort vehicles to accessible parking
  • VIP Parking - Helping to direct VIPs to parking - A VIP list is provided.
  • Archery - Helping to prepare public with gear and the "how-to"
  • "Randall on the Road" - Helping to engage the public with fun science activities via the Randall Museum
  • Craft Project - Helping to engage the public in an assortment of crafts, restock supplies and keep area tidy in-between activities
  • Egg Hunt - Helping to hide and restock supplies in between all timed egg hunts
