Event Description:
There's nothing like joining in on the fun on Opening Night!
If this is anything like last year, early birds were treated to entertainment, complimentary small bites and sweet swag!
We will explore the plaza area, enjoy opening night festivities and press conference before viewing the first light projection on the Ferry Building facade at 7pm! From there we will walk to the other 6 locations.
According to their website: Let’s Glow SF, the largest holiday projection event in the U.S., will return to downtown San Francisco this holiday season, from December 6th through 15th. The FREE outdoor holiday event will use high-tech projectors and lasers to project large-scale art concepts across the facade of six iconic SF buildings from 5:30-10 PM nightly, including the Ferry Building.
On December 6th, 2024, the first night of Let's Glow SF, the shows will run from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM at all 7 locations:
- 101 California Street
- Annie Alley
- The Ferry Building
- One Bush Plaza
- Pacific Coast Stock Exchange
- Salesforce Tower
- PG&E Substation

Feel free to leave when you want. Until then, we will stay close together like boba (no one gets left behind).
Optional Post-event Activity: (more F-U-N)
After this amazing light show, we'll head back towards the Ferry Building to the Hyatt Regency Hotel's comfy atrium lounge area with warm vibes. There is a bar with beer on tap and also a mini cafe/market tucked in the corner that sells food/bottled drinks too. We'll share our favorite light projections, relax and enjoy each other's company and our drinks/food at our "lounge".
Where to Meet:
At the plaza area, foot of Market Street. We will meet near the silver stainless steel portable bathroom structure. If you are running late, please text the Event Manager for real-time location.
One Brick - San Francisco/East Bay:
One Brick is a 501(c)3 nonprofit volunteer organization that brings volunteers together to support other local nonprofit organizations. One Brick has adopted an innovative twist to the volunteer experience: we create a friendly and social atmosphere around volunteering. After each volunteer event - which typically lasts only 3 to 4 hours - we invite volunteers to gather at a local restaurant or cafe where they can get to know one another in a relaxed social setting. Through our volunteer projects, we provide nonprofits with the much-needed labor to carry out their visions. At the same time we foster an environment in which our volunteers can meet new people, both socially and professionally.
