Event Description:

One Brick volunteers will be serving lunch to the homeless at Glide on Easter Sunday.

Glide's Free Meals Program serves three nutritious meals a day to the city's poor and homeless every day of the year. The Free Meals Program provides roughly a million meals annually!

One Brick volunteers will be assisting Glide's staff in preparing the dining room, placing food on serving trays and carrying trays to seated guests.

Glide:

The Free Meals Program - which is the largest of Glide's programs - utilizes one commercial-grade kitchen, two dining rooms, and tens of thousands of volunteers. It all adds up to over one million meals served annually, all in an environment of acceptance and respect.
