The Giant Race today has announced the 15th annual San Francisco event will take place on Sunday, August 18. Presented by Alaska Airlines, this year’s event features 5K and 10K live races, with the introduction of a new Team Challenge offering, providing entrants the opportunity to form their “Starting Lineups” of nine or more participants.

To highlight the race’s continued focus and commitment to both mental and physical health, the annual Health and Wellness Expo will take place on Saturday, August 17. The Expo will include an extensive range of fitness activities for all attendees, including an assortment of fitness vendor offerings as well as a Family Challenge and Kids Race on the field at Oracle Park.

What we'll be doing:

Help set-up and distribute bibs, t-shirts & bobbleheads, support Kids Race and Health & Fitness Expo.

What you should know:

Volunteers receive snacks, drinks, and an event "souvenir". Those who volunteer for both the morning and afternoon shifts will receive a lunch voucher for one of the stadium concessions.

Meet the One Brick event manager at the Volunteer Check In TBA area on the morning of the event.

Giant Race:
