Event Description:

Staff the Hot Chocolate 15K/5K Expo where participants will be picking up their race packets & enjoying complimentary chocolate goodies!

What we'll be doing:

Expo volunteers are assigned as they arrive to the expo based on areas of greatest need. Areas of service include working at the bib station, handing out goodie bags, assisting participants in trying on the goodie bag hoodie (and swapping out for a correct size as needed), staffing the chocolate station, and helping RAM Racing staff in the merchandise area and fitting rooms.

What you should know:

Dress comfortably, as we will be on our feet for most of the day. You will be provided a volunteer shirt to wear during our shift (and to keep afterwards).

IMPORTANT: After RSVPing with One Brick, please register for our reserved One Brick shift using our unique link (https://venturesendurance.enmotive.com/events/volunteer/2022-allstate-hot-chocolate-15k-5k-seattle/job:bdfdeeef-c144-4412-83de-d00fee85e58c) to confirm your attendance for the race organizers. Your name will NOT appear on their volunteer list if you do not pre-register using this link. :(

Use the "I don't have an Enmotive account" fields if you haven't previously participated in the Hot Chocolate 15K/5K as a volunteer or a runner.

- If you have a last-minute cancellation, please keep in mind that the One Brick and Enmotive volunteer management systems are separate. The race organizers would prefer if all volunteers are registered by February 18th (so if you RSVP after this date, you may need to sign in separately at Volunteer Check-in).

- One Brick volunteer RSVPs usually open one month before the volunteer event is scheduled, but this opportunity opened early due to the organizer's request for early volunteer registration. Grab your spot now!
