Event Description:
One Brick is teaming up with our partner Cambridge 5K to help at the second annual Cambridge Half Marathon on November 19th! Plus your participation will benefit One Brick Boston! Don't miss out on this great race!
WHAT WE'LL BE DOING
Bag Check: greeting runners, organizing bags after they are dropped off, helping runners pick up bags after the race
Volunteers will receive an event jacket (a $60 value!) + free admission to the post race party with Slumbrew, Notch Brewing, & Bantam Cider. (ALL beer & food is complimentary for One Brick volunteers along with runners). One Brick Boston will have our own VIP tent set up in the post-race party area! This race will have two party areas (and volunteers will be able to access both!), as well as many more food options than other events.
As an added perk, all volunteers will receive $10 in rideshare credits. Volunteers will have the credit sent to them via Venmo by the Tuesday after the race. In order to receive the reimbursement, receipts or screenshot of drive route will need to be sent to info@cambridgehalf.com.
There may be other surprises to come for volunteers - so stay tuned for more details.
