Event Description:

Urban Development Corporation (UDC) is holding a Clean-up/Board-up blitz in the city of Detroit! The beautification and clean-up of inner city neighborhoods will help in the revitalization that is occuring in our great city and create a safe environment for the residents. One Brick Detroit will be helping mowing lawns, taking debris to the curbsides and boarding up vacant houses int he area.

What you should know:

We will be outdoors. Be prepared for the weather. Consider sun protection and/or rain gear and bring plenty of water to stay hydrated. Volunteers should wear work clothes that can get dirty and closed toe, sturdy shoes.

Where to Meet:

We will meet in front of the UDC building, look for the orange shirts!
