Event Description:
:Northern Virginia Family Service (NVFS) addresses the needs of many communities in our region - more than 36,000 individuals and families each year - with a wide range of programs designed to deal with the current problems of today.

The Clock Tower in Falls Church is NVFS’ oldest thrift store, which has been supporting the community for over 30 years. One can find new or gently-used gems at unbeatable values in the following departments: clothing, houseware, electronics, sports equipment, holiday items, and toys. Revenue generated at the thrift shop directly impacts NVFS programs and services. They are sources of unrestricted revenue allowing NVFS to place the funds where they are needed most.
What We Will Be Doing: One Brick volunteers will help to sort and organize donations, tag items for sale, and ensure that the shopping area is organized.
What You Should Know: Dress comfortably and in clothes that can get dusty. Closed toed shoes are recommended. Also, NVFS requests that no tank tops be worn and to be mindful of the length of shorts.
