Event Description:
Volunteers launched Treasure Market, the Cantor Arts Center's biennial signature event, in the 1950s to raise funds to add to the museum's collections. Generously donated antiques, china, collectible books, art works, crystals, silver, furs, jewelry, and furniture are sold to raise funds for Cantor Arts Center. Treasure Market is a wonderful way for people to begin collecting valuable art at affordable price.
What we'll be doing:
After a short training, One Brick volunteers will help with wrap-up of the items displayed for sale, and will guide the visitors throughout the Treasure Market on the last day of the 3-day event. They will provide the reliable assistance in running and concluding a smooth 3-day event on the last day.
What you should wear
Clothing is comfortable business casual.
Where to Meet:
Volunteers meet at the volunteer entrance check-in area of the Arrillaga Center for Sports and Recreation, 341 Galvez Street at Campus Drive East.
