Event Description:

MS Dinner of Champions was created in 1979 by Frank Gifford and Howard Cosell as an annual fundraising gala to benefit the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, Greater Illinois Chapter. This year's event enjoys strong support from Chicago’s corporate community and the friends of the Greater Illinois Chapter and is expected to raise more than $1,000,000 to support research, programs, and services for the 20,000 families in Illinois affected by MS.

What we'll be doing:

Volunteers will be helping out in different tasks to make the event run smoothly. For example roles will consist of greeters and directional assistants.

What you should know:

Volunteers will need to wear semi-formal attire (colors: black, white, orange) or business attire (pant suit, jacket & tie or skirt & blouse). Shoes should be comfortable and appropriate for day & dress. No gym shoes or jeans! Volunteers will be asked to wear a National MS Society nametag during their shift to help attendees identify you as someone who can help them. You will pick up your nametag when you check-in.

Please arrive on time, if not a few minutes early, because the event itself starts at 5:30.

Where to Meet:

Grand Ballroom at Chicago's Navy Pier
