Event Description:

We rocked it out so well at the August book sort - that the CPS folks want us back for round two!

Rock For Reading donated 77,000 books from Weigl Publishers to the Chicago Public Schools. These books are going to be used in under-resourced school libraries, classrooms and go home with some of the students. They need our help sorting the books!

And what cool books we get to sort... a book about each state and each decade in the 20th century. Did you know that Wyoming is called the "Equality State?" Neither did we...until we volunteered at the book sort! Join us and get brainy!
