Event Description:

After years of the acquifer slowly drying out, the PUC is putting water back in and the Lake levels are rising.

We'll be adding hundreds of plants to an area which overlooks the Lake.

This area is a large wildlife refuge, including a great blue heron's nest. Migratory birds use it as a stopping point on their long journey, as do many local joggers and bikers.

Help us restore the beauty of the surrounding area with new growth to replace the ice plant we removed over the summer.
