Event Description:
Alliance for Smiles will host their first-ever Bingo for Smiles in a very unique setting, with funds raised to go towards their November medical mission to Guayaquil, Ecuador and their January medical mission to Gazipur, Bangladesh helping to bring free cleft lip and palate care to children and families in those regions of the world.
From the Alliance for Smiles website:

Our very first Bingo fundraiser is taking place on Sunday, October 25, 2026, in San Francisco. And because it’s October, we’re giving bingo a little Halloween twist! Come dressed in your spookiest, funniest or most creative costume – there will be a prize for the best one!
Sunday, October 25, 2026
1:00–4:00 pm
What we'll be doing:
One Brick volunteers will:
- Help set-up
- Host the event - (help on bingo, perhaps help on food and drink)
- Help pack away and clean up after the event
What you should know:
We will provide something Halloween-themed to make the volunteers identifiable along with us (still figuring out what, but could be "cat ears" or small witches hats, an orange or black sash, or something like that), and they are welcome to wear Halloween costumes (they can be in the costume contest if they want!), or alternatively maybe just aim for a black shirt. No strict dress code, especially since people will be dressing up in costumes.
Where to Meet:
Final instructions including specific directions to the event space will be emailed directly to our volunteers.
Alliance for Smiles:

Our mission statement is to repair children’s broken smiles by providing free comprehensive treatment for cleft lip and palate anomalies in under-served areas of the world.
