Event Description:

Thank you for your interest.  All volunteer spots for this shift have been filled.

Join the Mascot Sports crew and volunteer at the Livermore Valley Half Marathon & 5K Packet Pick-Up and Launch Party at Altamont Beer Works in Livermore, CA.  

The duties for the event begin at 4 pm and include checking in families, individuals, charity teams and groups helping them to look up their bib numbers, distribute their race bib numbers and pick up their participants t-shirts. Towards the end of our shift we will help teardown (if outdoors) moving tables and chairs as well as race supplies back to their storage areas (may be the back of a truck.) [Specific duties subject to change.]

What you should know:

Event session may take place indoors OR outdoors in the parking lot so wear layers as it can be chilly in the evening.  As this is a Friday evening the brewery may be more crowded than normal.  If working among patrons who may be drinking alcoholic beverages bothers you, please do not sign up for this event.  All One Brick volunteers must be 21 years or over.

Where to Meet:

Meeting place will be in the Altamont Brewery parking lot near the first entrance closest to the street.
