What we'll be doing:

Food distribution is a hands-on volunteer activity. Activities could include assisting with room set up, unloading and moving food from pallets to the distribution center; sorting and distributing food; and clean up. This is a great chance for volunteers to interface with our clients. This volunteer activity does require some heavy lifting (a minimum of 25lbs.) and regular movement.

Volunteers must be willing and able to work with people of different backgrounds and nationalities, exhibit compassion and sensitivity, maintain strict confidentiality of all member and volunteer information.

What you should know:

Water is provided. Gloves and sanitizer provided.

Bring your own mask if you wish to wear one, long pants recommended, and must wear closed toe shoes.  No flip-flops or short-shorts allowed.

Where to Meet:

In front of the main building steps.

Parking available in the underground garage - Spartan Keyes spots OK
