Event Description:

Come as Kylo Ren from Star Wars, Britney Spears from the Oops!...I Did It Again music video, Groot from Guardians of the Galaxy, George from The Jetsons, or Bugs Bunny from Space Jam!

Gay Bingo is a community fundraiser, supporting the programs and services of Lifelong.

What we'll be doing:

Volunteers will be helping with bingo festivities, such as Mobile Special Games & the Market Place.

What you should know:

Please note that volunteers must be 21+ for this event - bring your ID with you!

Parking and Entrance: There is on-street parking around the building and you can enter Fremont Studios through the entrance on 35th Street.

Food and Drink: Snacks, light dinner, and drinks will be available to all Lifelong volunteers before and during the event. You are more than welcome to bring your own food and beverage.

What to Wear: The theme is "Space Odyssey" so feel free to dress in theme if you so choose! Otherwise, please wear a black top and black bottoms. Comfortable shoes are suggested since most of the roles are standing. You will be given a nametag and an galaxy accessory for the event.

Lifelong:

Lifelong's mission is to empower people living with or at risk of HIV/AIDS and/or other chronic conditions to lead healthier lives. Lifelong was formed in 2001 through the merger of Chicken Soup Brigade and Northwest AIDS Foundation. From our beginnings in 1983, when we passed a soup can around Volunteer Park and collected $42 to help people living with HIV/AIDS in our community, Lifelong has remained a leader in the fight against HIV/AIDS and continues to be a champion of healthy lives for all. Today, our years of serving people with HIV/AIDS have provided us with the knowledge base to help others experiencing hunger and the spectrum of HIV illnesses.
