Event Description:

For one weekend each summer, 2,000 of the world's best triathletes assemble in San Francisco for one of the most infamous and extreme sporting events - the Escape from Alcatraz Triathlon, Every year, this popular event draws over 20,000 spectators to see who can accomplish that daunting task.

What we'll be doing:

Our amazing athletes each receive a 'goodie bag' for participating in the event. You, our amazing volunteers, get to stuff the goodies into the bags the Thursday night before the race! We'll form an assembly line and efficiently stuff 2000 bags with information and goodies for our racers. Many hands make fast and fun work!

What you should know:

All volunteers will receive an Escape From Alcatraz Volunteer T-shirt.

Pizza and bottled water will be provided!

Where to Meet:

The Holiday Inn has a self-parking lot and your parking will be validated. Meet in the Pacific Ballroom on the second floor.
