Created by the Bay Area's scientific, cultural, and educational institutions, the 5th annual Bay Area Science Festival returns with a 10 day festival, scheduled October 27th to November 5th. The Science & Health Education Partnership (SEP) at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) is pleased to produce the festival alongside a core group of science institutions. The festival will provide a wide range of science & technology activities- lectures, debates, exhibitions, concerts, plays, workshops, etc. at a variety of locations throughout the Bay Area. Over the 10 days, the festival hosts over 50 events for children of all ages, from nine to 90. 75,000 are expected to attend in 2016.

Young people will understand that science is fun, exciting and important, encouraging them to pursue careers in science; parents will feel more confident about supporting their kids' interests in science; teachers will have new resources to get students thinking about science outside of the classroom; and, policy-makers and corporate leaders will understand that the public demand for science-related resources is real and requires investment and support.

About the Event: Discovery Days at AT&T Park
AT&T Park will become a science wonderland when the Bay Area Science Festival concludes again with this FREE science extravaganza on Saturday November 5th 10AM-4PM. Last year, more than 30,000 people enjoyed a non-stop program chock-full of interactive exhibits, experiments, games, and shows, all meant to entertain and inspire. With more than 150 interactive exhibits from groups like Stanford, Exploratorium, California Academy of Sciences, and UCSF, there is something for everyone to unleash their inner scientist. This year's finale will also feature our Robot Zoo, a series of interactive robotics demonstrations in on the Club Level of AT&T park.

What we'll be doing:

We will focus on the event closure, helping exhibitors pack and leave the event.
