Event Description:
This annual March of Dimes gala, Signature Chefs Auction is a delightful event with Chefs from great restaurants, fantastic wines and special cocktails. We expect 350 business and community leaders to come for an inspiring and fun event. There is premier silent auction, some prize drawings, a live auction and a “Fund the Mission†donation request. The first two hours of the event is a Chefs Tasting Reception, where the guests go statin-to-station and taste hors d’oeuvre-sized plates of food. The guests will later be seated for cheese and dessert while participating in the live auction and hearing from a variety of speakers.
What we'll be doing:
MORNING - 9am to 12pm – people will make centerpieces, set tables and put out signage
What you should know:
They will have water and snacks available for the morning shift . Casual attire is recommended for this shift. If you plan on working the afternoon shift after this shift you will need dressy attire for the evening shift.
