Event Description:

Come one, Come all, to the new San Francisco Craft Spirits Carnival to Try & Buy over 100 spirits brands of all tastes, shapes and sizes: Mezcal, Absinthe, Whiskey, Bourbon, Vodka, Tequila, Grappa … too many to list.

What we'll be doing:

Volunteers will be setting up the entrance of the venue and carding, ticket-taking, and handing out stemware to early entrants and later for the general public. We will also run Coat check. There is no direct assistance with vendors. Please be flexible regarding role assignment, and please be prepared to commit the entire shift time for your volunteer work. Please also follow One Brick Event Manager's instructions closely.

What you should know:

VOLUNTEERS MUST BE OVER 21 YEARS; IDs will be checked upon check in.

This will be fast-paced and at times hectic as we try to get consumers through the doors in as fast and orderly manner as possible. Please be prepared to stand for much of the event, there will be limited seated positions handling those entrants who do not have printed tickets.

Please wear white shirts and black pants with comfortable shoes. Volunteers will not be allowed to drink during the shift. Food tickets and water will be provided.

Note that sign-out with One Brick Even Manager is mandatory after your shift; otherwise, you will not receive One Brick volunteer hour credits.

It is strongly recommend leaving valuables in vehicles when possible. There will be no secure place available to leave personal items during event setup. During the event, the coat check will be the only secure area. Event producers will not be responsible for lost items.

Please dress in layers as it might be cold in the venue.

Please allow enough time to park or arrive and walk to the venue. Please meet 15  mins before the shift starts.
