Event Description:

The Art in Action 2021 Annual Fundraiser Event is being held at the Allied Arts Guild, 75 Arbor Rd, Menlos Park, CA 94025
This year it is a more casual event than previous years, however is still an important fundraising event that will include an Auction to help with their funding, to continue their work in supporting Art for Students.
What we'll be doing:
Volunteers will be stationed to help welcome & assist guests, help hand out bid numbers, collect and wrap artwork for checkout after the auction is finished (that will be inside, but separate from any guests), be bid spotters for the live auction, collect name badages as people leave, and just generally help with the check-out process
You will be outside most of the time, so dress for the weather.

What to wear: It's not a fancy event this year, but we ask volunteers to come in business casual - no jeans.. You will be outside most of the time, so dress for the weather.
All guests and volunteers bring and wear a mask during the event - even though most will be outdoors. Everyone must be vaccinated or have a negative test result from within the last 72 hours.
Parking: There's a free parking lot, as well as plentiful free street parking.
There is no secure place to store you personal items. Water and light snacks will be provided, Please No food or drink in the guest areas.
Volunteers can be provided with a bidding number and are welcome to purchase any auction items or raffle tickets. You will need to a credit card on file to pay for anything you win.
